How do I contact PropMetrics?

What can I contact you about?

• Something broke — an analysis failed, a PDF wouldn't download, a page errored
• Billing and refunds — see our Refund Policy first, then email us
• A city isn't covered — tell us which one; coverage expands based on demand
• A report looks wrong — a figure that makes no sense, a mismatched city, a broken calculation
• Subscription enquiries — questions about white-label reports or higher volume needs
• Privacy and data requests — access, correction, or deletion of your data
• Feature suggestions — what would make PropMetrics more useful to you

How quickly will you respond?

• General questions: within 1–2 working days
• Billing and refunds: acknowledged within 48 hours, decided within 5 working days
• Privacy requests: within 7 working days
• Grievances: acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days

Subscribers get priority on all of the above.

What should I include in my email?

To get a useful answer faster:

• The email address on your PropMetrics account
• What you were trying to do when the problem happened
• What you saw instead
• For billing issues, the approximate date and amount
• A screenshot if something looked visibly wrong

Who is the Grievance Officer?

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, PropMetrics has a designated Grievance Officer for complaints about personal data or content.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

How do I delete my account and data?

You do not need to email anyone. Go to your Profile page, scroll to Danger Zone, and select Delete My Account. Confirm with your password.

This permanently erases your account, all analyses, and all associated personal data. It cannot be undone. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Do you have a phone number?

Not currently. PropMetrics is run by one person, and email means every question gets a considered answer rather than a rushed one. If your issue genuinely needs a call, say so in your email and we will arrange one.

Are you hiring or open to partnerships?

PropMetrics is a solo operation and not hiring. Partnership enquiries from agencies, brokerages, or platforms interested in white-label or bulk access are welcome at support@propmetrics.in.
