Give your clients numbers, not opinions.

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a walkthrough video and a sample report for a real property. No form, no sales call — just the actual thing so you can judge it yourself.

You can top up at ₹25 per credit, minimum 5 at a time. Top-up credits never expire and carry over month to month. Your monthly allowance is always used first.

Not for you. ₹999 is our launch price, and if we raise it later that applies to new subscribers — you keep the rate you signed up at for as long as you stay subscribed.

No, and the report says so on every page. PropMetrics provides informational estimates from published market data. It's not investment advice and not a substitute for legal counsel. Your client should still verify title, RERA registration and encumbrance independently — and the report lists exactly what to check.

Pricing comes from market listings and published data, reviewed by hand. Localities in our 22 researched cities are priced individually; anywhere else uses a broader average, and the report tells you which. Growth projections are estimates, clearly labelled. We'd rather be honest about the limits than claim precision we don't have.

22 cities, each researched locality by locality: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Mangaluru, Thiruvananthapuram, Ahmedabad, Mysuru, Pune, Coimbatore, Bhopal, Chennai, Lucknow, Kolkata, Kochi, Surat, Vadodara, Nagpur, Visakhapatnam. Search for your locality to check. If your city isn't there, tell us — we add coverage based on where agents actually work.

Not yet for PDFs. White-label reports carrying your logo and contact details are in development. Shareable client links are live though — send your client a link instead of a file, and you'll see when they open it and how many times.

Any time, from your profile. No notice period, no contract. If something goes wrong technically — a report fails to generate, you're charged twice — we refund immediately. See our Refund Policy.

PropMetrics complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Your account data stays with us and is never sold. You can delete your account and everything in it from your profile at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
